Each bite bursts with flavor, offering a well-rounded experience that keeps diners returning for more.
Vegetarian diners will find themselves pleasantly surprised by the creative options available. Krista Ericson particularly appreciates that Santo Coyote goes beyond the basic peppers and onions in their veggie burritos, ensuring there’s something satisfying for everyone's palate. Each dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients, proving that authentic Mexican food can be both flavorful and light—free from excessive greasiness or saltiness, as noted by the reviewer from Sins Of Wanderlust.

“ Best Mexican restaurant we have yet to find in skagit valley area. Crystal, our server, and family were so hospitable it felt like we were invited over for family dinner. The food was equal to the service. The flaming fajitas were fun and so so delicious. I though I didn't like tamales until I tried theirs, total comfort food. And my personal favorite the Carne asada and chili releno plate! I can't wait to go back just so we can try more food! Thank you for having us and for being a part of the community!!! ”
“ Our first time eating here and everything was absolutely delicious! I never take pics of my foos because I’m usually too hungry to bother with it but I will in the future! It’s a family owned and run business which are the best kind in my book. We will be back for sure ”

“ We ordered the sweet potato taquitos with cactus and the chile relleno. It was AMAZING. It took a bit longer than expected for the food BUT we were rewarded with three bowls of fantastic salsa and two bowls of awesome chips. The service was great! She was constantly checking the other customers as well as us. She was great. ”
“ We are really happy we stopped here (Mom and daughter trip!)! The atmosphere here is easy going and the staff were so helpful! They are pet friendly, with a front and back patio, covered! Our waitress even offered our dog a bowl of water that she drank! We sat on the peaceful patio and this food is the best Mexican food we've had in a long time. It was fresh and servings generous plus all priced right! A great location too! ”
